Walt Disney World has created their first ever residential community. Located just 4 miles from the Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Golden Oak’s community will be on every grown up kids wish list.
When fully developed this exclusive Disney community will have over 280 residences. Golden Oaks will be consist of various neighborhoods that will be themed and offer different designs and settings.
The Tuscan-inspired village, Kimball Trace, with courtyard homes will range between 3,000 and 5,100square feet. While, the more secluded Carolwood Reserve will have Grand Estate homes ranging from 6,000- to 12,500-square feet with breathtaking views.
Single-family homes are available for whole-ownership purchase and or will have amenity elements of a timeshare arrangement coupled with ownership of a single-family home. Nestled a natural conservation area, the development covers almost 1000 acres, custom-built residences inspired by old-world Mediterranean and Caribbean architecture will begin in the low $2 millions.
Four Seasons Private Residences are scheduled to begin construction late summer of 2016. It will offer luxury 6,000- to 10,000-square-foot single-family homes starting at $5 million.
Amenities in Golden Oak will include golf, tennis, Disney park tickets, access to Summerhouse, a private 17,000-sq.-ft. clubhouse that features a dining room, bar, gaming area and swimming center.
